Who is Youfit?
YouFit is a health club that was founded on the principle of simplicity. Most people want just the fitness equipment they need for a fitness lifestyle, and do not want to pay for an elaborate location or lots of services they will never use. Our clubs have all the latest equipment (many with individual TV’s!) that provide resistance training, cardio training, treadmills, areas for floor exercises, and free weights. Additionally, we have a 30-minute Express Circuit if you are in a hurry. Finally, we will gladly provide personal assistance to show you how to use the equipment to achieve your fitness lifestyle goals most effectively.
