Youfit! Our business is keeping people healthy and we think it is our responsibility to keep our planet healthy too!
The Youfit team is dedicated to being the most energy efficient and environmentally-friendly health club in the nation. Here's what we do to lessen our carbon footprint:
- Youfit recycles all plastic bottles in the clubs
- We install the highest energy-efficient air conditioners/heating systems
- We use energy-efficient tank-less hot water heaters
- Poly-seal insulated club walls for greater efficiency
- Lighting is high-output, low heat and energy-efficient
- Air dryers are installed in bathrooms to help eliminate excess paper usage
- Club floors are made from recycled tires
Join us in our efforts to lower our impact on the environment! Our members contribute to the green effort by:
- Recycling bottles, cans, newspapers and magazines
- Using re-usable aluminum or BPA free water bottles
- Bringing cloth towels to clean equipment after use (no paper towels here)
- Riding a bike or walking to the gym (a great way to burn extra calories too!)
